WELLCOME TO ONKOD TRANSPLANTED CHILDREN CAMP IN TURKEY An amazing opportunity for children from 8-18 years of age The next ONKOD transplanted children camp will be held in Antalya, Turkey in 23th of April 2008.( Between 19-24 April 2008) Due to the generosity of our sponsors, we are able to offer 50 places at the camp, requiring only a donation of € 100 for each children and one parent*(total € 200 ) , for children who have received an organ transplant and are aged from 8-18 years of age. *Excludes transport cost to and from Antalya airport. 'Live and Let Live' Children's Camp organized by Organ Transplant Coordinators Association (ONKOD) took place between 1 – 5th of September 2007 at the Papillon Belvil Hotel & Holiday Village in Antalya. Transplanted 17 children ( Heart,liver and kidney) and their families, participated in the camp.  WHY 23 OF APRIL ? 23 th of April 1920 was the date of first National Assembly of Turkish Parliament. And The Turkish Leader Atatürk gave this date to children. Therefore 23 of April is celebrating as a Children Festival in Turkey. YEMEN It is celebrating at Aspendos antic theatre in Antalya   The camp is truly international, with children and staff from all over the world having fun in a fully-supervised environment. We are inviting each children with one parent or one person from the family who is older than 18 years old. The other parents and siblings are welcome to come, too and we have negotiated special prices for accommodation. The counsellors provide 24 hour supervision and accompany the children to all activities, including the activities Importantly, we also have several medical doctors and nurses at camp. The camp is 20 minutes from Akdeniz University hospital which one is hearth,liver,kidney and panceras transplant centre. How to join the camp Complete the application form below.
